   En el encuadre fotográfico de arriba realizado en el Valle de Ucanca en el Parque Nacional del Teide en Tenerife, aparece el cielo nocturno estrellado con la Vía Láctea, y en primer plano una retama a la que dí color con una linterna led con filtro verde.


   A la derecha distintos haces de luz realizados igualmente con una linterna con dos filtros, uno violeta y otro rojo. Esta técnica es muy útil para dar color a fotografías nocturnas de escasa o nula visibilidad.

   In the top photo frame made in Valle de Ucanca in National Park del Teide in Tenerife, see the starry sky with the Milky Way, and a broom in the foreground which gave color Led flashlight with a green filter.


   Right different beams of light with a flashlight also made with two filters, one purple and one red. This technique is useful to color night photographs of little or no visibility.

LAS RETAMAS Y LA VÍA LÁCTEA EN LA NOCHE DEL VALLE DE UCANCA EN TENERIFE - 

THE BROOMS AND MILKY WAY IN THE NIGHT OF VALLE DE UCANCA IN TENERIFE 

   Sin duda alguna, el Valle de Ucanca es un lugar que rebosa magia a raudales. Para los amantes de la fotografía nocturna este es "el lugar" con mayúsculas, pues las posibilidades que brinda son infinitas.
Es un espacio que a más de 2.000 metros de altitud brinda unas condiciones extraordinarias de ausencia de contaminación lumínica óptimas para contemplar las estrellas.


   En esta secuencia fotográfica, he querido encuadrar las retamas como testigos mudos de la espectacularidad de la Vía Láctea en su periplo nocturno por la bóveda celeste.


   Para poder fotografiar las retamas y que destacaran sobre el cielo estrellado con una exposición no demasiado alta para que las estrellas no se mostraran como trazas, he tenido que utilizar una linterna para dar color a las retamas. En este caso he utilizado una linterna led, y combinándola con filtros verdes y rojos. Con ello se consiguen destacar sobremanera la retamas, como era mi intención inicial.

   Undoubtedly, Valle de Ucanca is a place full of magic in abundance. For lovers of night photography this is "the place" in capital letters, since the possibilities that are endless. It is a space more than 2,000 meters provides extraordinary conditions of absence of light pollution for optimar satagazing.


   In this photo sequence, I wanted to frame the broom as mute witnesses to the spectacle of the Milky Way in its journey through th night sky.


   To photograph the broom and stand out against the starry sky with a statement not too high so that the stars will not be displayed as trace, I had to use a torch to color the broom (light painting). In this case I used a flashlight led, and combining it with green and red filters. This will achieve greatly emphasize the broom, as was my original intention.

   Como hemos visto en otra fotografía circumpolar anterior que tomé a nivel de mar en La Playa de Las Teresitas, en este caso, me he trasladado al Valle de Ucanca en el Parque Nacional del Teide en Tenerife, donde las condiciones de escasa contaminación lumínica, así como la elevada altitud (2.200 metros) son óptimas para la astrofotografía.


   En este caso, primeramente he localizado la Estrella Polar, y seguidamente la he encuadrado sobre el Pico Viejo, para tomar 30 imágenes con un tiempo de exposición de 30 segundos, y a intervalos de 1 minuto entre tomas. Posteriormente las he unido todas, con el resultado que pueden apreciar, y que no es otro que debido al movimiento rotatorio de la Tierra, aparentemente las estrellas dejan trazas al girar entorno a la Polar. Lógicamente la que se mueve es La Tierra y no las estrellas.


   Si hubiera seguido tomando más fotografías, finalmente el resultado serían infinitos círculos concéntricos alrededor de la Polar.

   As we have seen in another photography of polar star trails that I took earlier at sea level in  Las Teresitas beach, in this case, I have moved to Valle de Ucanca in  National Park of Teide in Tenerife, where conditions of low light pollution and as high altitude (2,200 meters) are optimal for astrophotography.


    In this case, I first located the North Star, and then I have framed on the Pico Viejo, to take 30 images with an exposure time of 30 seconds, 1 minute intervals between frames. Subsequently I have joined all, with the result that you can see, and that is none other than due to rotational motion of the Earth, apparently the stars leave traces to revolve around Polaris. Logically, that moves is the Earth and not the stars.


    Had he taken more photos, the end result would be endless concentric circles around Polaris.
